Please pull from the bottom of the panel, which might need some force to do so.

Please submit a RMA request (click here) and leave your "serial number". We will forward your information to our distributor in your country and provide you the further assist according to your warranty.

It might be caused by conncting in the wrong order. Please try the correct order: PSU > Circuit Board > GAMDIAS Logo. If the order is correct, please hold the LED button or the fan speed for 5 seconds.

Fans from packs are different from case fans. Fans from pack cannot connect to case, and vice versa. Our RGB system is 5v.

Please open the side panel on the opposite side of the glass. You will see the circuit the fans connect to. Then, follow the Molex cable to connect to the board and pluf into PSU.

The TALOS M1 does not support motherboard sync funxtion, but our TALOS M1A does.

Yes, it does support push & pull for watercooler (240mm) in the top. Please refer to the manual and follow the steps.

To sync with each other, the motherboard has to support a 3-pin 5V cable.

Please refer to the manual and try to press the fan speed button on the case to sync with the motherboard.

Please confirm there is no argument by plugging the motherboard to synchronize. Then check if there are some colors that the motherboard sync does not show up.

You can connect a 2nd hub. However, the case comes with 3 pack, so you might purchase our 4 fan pack.
